Had a lot of human hair left in bed and shower after cleaning. A cockroach crawled out under my blanket. The mattresses are hard. Be prepped to wake up aching.

The on-site restaurant.The front desk gave us two breakfast vouchers and pointed to the restaurant. When we walked in, we stood in the entry way for a minute and decided to seat ourselves. Being that we were unable to differentiate restaurant staff from customers, we had no clue what to really do as there were no menus readily available. The only thing we saw was a salad bar and breakfast buffet. We proceeded to make a plate when a man walked up to us and said the buffet costs money and isn't included with the hotel vouchers. He said he was just telling us because people come in and grab plates to make food and don't have money for it. He stood staring at us until we assured him we had money and would pay for it. It was very rude and unwelcoming. The food was very mediocre and not very warm. It actually looked like a continental breakfast that most hotels provide for free. The food was definitely not worth the price they were requesting. Anyway, we sat down, prayed over our food and ate. We ate our entire meal with no drinks until a busboy came to take out plates and offered us a drink. The waitress came to drop off the bill and acted like she couldn't answer any of our questions because she was so busy greeting everyone that came in after us. When we were ready to pay, we had to flag her down. It was not a very good experience at all. Considering I live in this town, I will not be recommending this food place to anyone

Check-in was super easy. The front desk clerk lady was great, positive personality and insightful. She hyped up the on-site restaurant which was the only terrible part of my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Because we came during the snow, it was very cold, but the room heated up really quickly. The bed was super comfortable and ensured wonderful sleeping for the duration of my visit. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great way to pass the time and relax. We had a complimentary breakfast included during our stay and while we went to the restaurant, hotel staff cleaned our room. Not that it was bad, but I never expected the staff to be in my room unknowingly. The hotel was perfectly quiet. Check out was simple

The restaurant attached was closed down and the continental breakfast didn't look very appealing. Although there are signs posted that Marijuana is not allowed, the smell was very strong outside some of the rooms.

The lobby was inviting. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff were helpful, professional and the room was very clean.

The fact that there was no elevator was not a problem but there needed to be more signage directing to the lobby and restaurant. The shower head could not be adjusted and the spray was too powerful and stinging.

Great breakfast - two choices cooked to order. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in town for a funeral. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and the manager had a great personality. The hotel was being remodeled during our stay and even though we were on that floor there was no disruptions for us.

The pool was closed when we got there. The smell of cigarettes threw out the building. Poor hallway lighting in some areas. All of the room numbers taped to the doors. It was a different experience to say the least.
