the whole place smelled of smoke, including our non-smoking room which had a lingering smell of smoke. There was a lot of mold/mildew in the bathroom, the tub did not drain well so when you were done with a shower you were standing in a couple inches of water. There was one towel for 3 people, had to go down and ask for more. Waiting for the water to get hot in the shower, the force of the water from the spigot kept digging black crud out of the drain and depositing it in the tub.

The room could have been cleaned and clean sheets could have been put on the bed before my arrival. The website advertised a breakfast and a pool. There was no breakfast and the pool had obviously not been used in some time.

first room- bathroom water did not work! I had to get say something to the night shift guy! jacuzzi didn’t have water stopper or cold water (neither did the sink by the microwave) so if I wanted to use the jacuzzi I had to plug it with a cloth, and get in boiling hot water or wait for it to cool down! lights where jacuzzi was didn’t work, neither did half the other lights, weird smell in the room (most likely from just being outdated), windows were to the pool area that wasn’t open & honestly looked creepy (I didn’t really mind lol) right next to the elevator so it was noisy! elevator needs work, the door opened when it was still moving!

Electrical outlet was falling out of the wall and contacts were exposed. The toilet moved. The bathroom light did not work. The bathroom door was delaminated. The whole facility is run down.

When I showed up @ 10 pm - no staff at all - waited for 30 min. before he showed up. The room was very dated but, it was clean, but REALLY reeked of aged cigarette smoke

The jacuzzi tub itself was good, though only big enough for one person. Thier efforts to create a sexy atmosphere around the tube was cute but patched walls and old grout ruined that setting. The Jacuzzi Suite was that, bed & jacuzzi in one room separated by French doors, but the stained carpet and broken furniture ruined the enjoyment.

This facility is so not at all as represented. Pool is empty. No breakfast. Hall rugs worn and dirty. Broken tile in elevator but it works. Room furniture is old, broken, cushions worn out, one chair was unusable.

Check in and check out had to wait forever for someone to come to the desk. We paid for free breakfast which was never served. There was so much smoke. People were just opening there windows and smoking out of them

Rooms were dirty. There was water damage surrounding the entire windo and air conditioning unit. Stains all over the comforter and cigarette burns in the blanket underneath the comforter. Pool and breakfast were both advertised. Once arrived- the pool and breakfast were crossed off of their sign stating they weren't offering either.

Cheap and great location to get to cuyahoga national park. Showers had great pressure and were very warm.

The lobby was cluttered, dirty, and chaotic. Our room had mold on the shower curtain, graffiti on the mirror and tub, it smelled like weed and mildew, the bed sheets had someone else's hair on them.

The bathroom in our room was dirty and the floor was cracked. There were holes in the comforter. When I booked the room the website said nothing about the pool being closed. Nor did it state there wouldn’t be any breakfast, not even grab and go bags! I was very disappointed.
