The room we were given was not up to our expectation. There was one front desk staff who was rude and lacked the usual southern warmth when it comes to guest relations (if I remember it right his name was Danilo). I didn’t like how exorbitant the parking fee was.

When we arrived after our long flight when attending the check in it seemed the hotel was aware of our booking but did not have a room allocated for us so this took a bit of time to sort this out causing us to wait after traveling along time and wanting to get to our room to relax, The staff did apologise for this multiple times so that made for for the issue but it was still a bit of annoyance.The bathroom was a bit dark and tired feel and also the shower curtain looked very overly used and had stains on it and someone else hair we found, we did not complain a out this as the time as did not want to cause a big fuss but do feel this should be noted on this, The bathroom also didn’t have a lot of lighting to make it brighter around the kitchen and the couch area. The mini market was a bit over priced for some items we felt. The option to pay $10 per person to go to universal by the hotel bus provided seemed a bit overpriced as we decided to used uber and this worked out half the money to get there so we chose not to use that bus option due to this.

The location was great for the Disney parks, Universal and food and other shopping/ tourist options to do. Free shuttle service to disney parks were good but would be alot better if their was more time options. Their was alot of options for breakfast that made it easy for me and my husband to choose from. The room was spacious for myself and my husband and the kitchenette that was in the room made it easy for us to store food and drink we purchased. The staff were friendly and approachable when we needed to speak to someone.

The bathroom in the room was good but need to be renovated but it was big enough and very clean so it was not importanr that it was a little old fashioned.

I loved the room because it was big and the beds were really comfy, also the breakfast was great and the hotel gave me 10$ per day to spend ib any restaurant inside the village, so it was really good for my children because they eat rrally good food there!

The AC unit on floor 5 building 3 was leaking, we did not complain nor as for a new room as it was not something that made us uncomfortable. The carpet was slightly wet in that area but otherwise the room was very nice.

Hotel location was nice, with it being located next to 2 other sister hotels and the gate at the front I felt very safe and homey. The breakfast was very good and free. The pool was very beautiful and relaxing.

The room had double beds instead of queen size. A little tight for adults. The shuttle to Universal Studios was not free, a let down since we were told it was included when I spoke to the hotel before booking. This cost us a few hundred extra dollars as we had to book ride share service, since the booking website did not work and the hotel staff were not able to help either. There were no gluten free options for meals at the Village Market.

The rooms were a good size and very comfortable for a family. The pool area was large and spacious. Very quiet hotel. Liked the Village Market to buy meals.

At 9.30am they started clearing Waffle station, juice and hot breakfast even though people were in line waiting to take food.

Nothing! This was the first time we have used a hotel in Orlando, after using villas since 1996! Would definitely book again

Very welcoming staff, rooms comfortable and clean, secure location, close to Disney, restaurants in walking distance, free breakfast was great. Liked the kids playground area, and the space to relax for a change of scenery. The free shuttles to Disney were great and made it really cheap and easy to get around.

The gym facilities was basic and the machines need maintenance. There are 2 bikes and both are broken. I reported them and they were not fixed.

I came in Friday july21st 2023 made a payment off $991.and some change for my stay.In Saturday my card kept declining until Monday .I reached out to my bank and was told the hotel kept taking money of my account.When I went to the front desk at first they said they saw no money movements but then in front of a manager I called the banks put her on speaker and she said there were 5 payments moved from my account that's why my account was empty. ME AND my kids stayed there more than a week barely surviving with only enough food for 3 days and we were there for nine days .They showed no remorse to me and my kids nor did they take any responsibility for what had happened. THIS TRIP WAS HORRIBLE WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL WITH NO MONEY nor food for a few days no one even came and checked.

communication from the staff were lacking during a false fire alarm. Everyone was outside waiting to get back to their rooms, the staff did not communicate or reassure the guests that it was false alarm and everything is good, we only went in as other people started going inside again.

The place is well located close to Disney parks, and they have a shuttle the transport to disney parks and other sightseeing places, though you have to reserve the time for all these. The breakfast was sufficient and good. The hotel is nice and quite good for family with children as the village have an outdoor play area. The cleaning is sufficient as well.

We requested connecting rooms. One was not ready so we waited until dinner time to check into the second room but it still was not ready so I had to put my 83 year old grandmother in a room across the hall.

I’ve stayed here before. It’s in a convenient location and I like that there are other properties that we were able to visit during our stay. Breakfast was ok but has been better in the past.

Can park was huge and half empty so begrudged paying for parking. The hotel also charges a $7 tax a night. The shuttle bus to the parks didn't operate early enough for us (e.g. left hotel at 9.30 for magic kingdom which is late!) Beds were double... I'd forgotten how small they are! People had dogs in rhe hotel. One morning there was dog poo in the lift and I also watched a man walking his dog in the hotel corridor crouch down and hold out a plastic bag for the dog to poo in. All a bit gross!

Handy location for Disney parks. Good to have lots of restaurants nearby. Room was a good size.
