The room didn't have alot of outlets for a family to simultaneously charge phones and/or devices.. breakfast was okay, didnt have alot of options but was great for a quick breakfast before parks.

The room was spacious...gym was okay..had enough equipment for a decent workout. Location was great, neear parks and restaurants.

Expensive, secret charges like taking $116 from my credit card every day without asking. I’ve never stayed somewhere that just took money from my card AFTER paying for the room up front. Also the $22/day parking is ridiculously high when I’m already paying a crazy price for the room.

We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was the same scrambled eggs and sausage patty everyday. It would be great if the hotel can offer something different at least every 2 days. It would have been great if there was a charging station or an available power outlet at the bed side table for added convenience.

I booked a king sized bedroom based on the spacious picture but we got a smaller room with a king sized bed. We also booked for 2 rooms to be next to each other so our kids can play together , but they were on the other wing side of the building and we dont feel safe making our kids play in one of the rooms if the room is farther.

The breakfast is ok, not bad not great either, but having a free breakfast is already a bonus.

The room had a foul odor that wasn't resolved during our stay. Had it looked into once but ignored the following times we brought it up to their attention. The hotel is pretty busy, especially during breakfast hours. The pool is great, very spacious and entertaining for the the kiddos. Overall a good stay with the exception of that unresolved matter in our room.

Close proximity to Walt Disney Resorts. The area has nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

The mickey waffle pictures are misleading. It's a make your own assembly line. There is construction equipment in a couple of areas. The restaurant on site was too high priced. 42.00 for 2 hamburgers.

Hot tub, microwave in room, location and room size. I was nervous about driving to and from the parks but it was one red-light and the next exit away. Chain restaurant options right across the parking lot. Golden corral, Bahama breeze, and a brewery.

The bathroom needed a little TLC and the air conditioner needed some TLC as well.

The pool and hot tub were not really all that clean. I didn't go into the hot tub at all because it looked gross. The pool was better but still not as clean as it could have been. The carpets were older and needed a deep clean or replacement. The Starbucks is not a full service Starbucks and do not make specialty drinks so beware. My daughters were disappointed especially since one works at a Starbucks.

The location was only 10 minutes from the Disney World parks. The complimentary shuttle was great to use! The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great selection.

The beds were worn out. The mattress has several very noticable and uncomfy spots. We were also supposed to get a studio with balcony (more expensive than the other rooms), but were told they don't have those rooms available. All they're able to do was comp the parking fee.

Staff were helpful and courteous. They were apologetic for not informing us ahead of time that they cannot accommodate our room upgrade.
