    Nothing for my experience.

Marcy, the fabulous owner operator was extremely friendly and accommodating! She provided the most wonderful, fun and festive & fantastical atmosphere! I will definitely be making a return trip and will be recommending it to everyone!

The location. It's directly across the street from the hospital. My room faced the street, but it was busy but not too loud

I liked the Alice in Wonderland motif throughout the main level.

Great Victorian Inn for an overnight, safely away from the urban renewal area downtown.

Just minor things. The house itself is in a very nice area that feels very safe but if you go downhill towards the main street for food, Latin American bakery or China House fast food, the neighborhood is rundown, maybe safe in daylight but empty. There are supposedly nice eateries uphill on a very long and winding street in the suburban direction if you have the time. But it is fine for an overnight especially if you have a car or get your food before you get there. Springfield itself is very depressed and everyone there advised me to avoid downtown at night. It was very nice 30 years ago but now mostly poor, although the main street is nicely sprightened up. The room was very cold but it was because a prior visitor had closed the two air vents, which once she opened them was great. The only caveat I have is that the B&B breakfast is only open 8:30-9:30, which is bad if you are taking the one train at 8:30. The kitchen looks wonderful but we had to buy our breakfast at Felix Cafe near the Amtrak which was fine but reduces the good value proposition. I hope they add an hour.

Naomi's owner is a wonderful lady and the house is lovely, with a Victorian aspect and amazingly pretty period-themed rooms. The decor is very creative and homey, with codes for privacy and security to open the outer and room doors. It was quiet as a mouse when we were there. Plenty of parking out back and there were other patrons parked there. It is a short Lyft ride from downtown Amtrak, but I would stop at the main street's grocery or restaurant first to eat or stock up the small fridge. The Prince Fort cafe is beautiful and historic inside and a few blocks only from Amtrak, with the grocery 2 blocks round the corner. We were in the Louis IV room I believe and it was classic, fairly roomy for a couple, and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is decent and across from the hospital,

It was exceptionally charming. Naomi is a wonderful person and a great cook. My favorite was sitting at the piano bar for breakfast and meeting people from different places. I highly recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area.

What a lovely quite place to stay. Room was exceptional and the bed was so comfortable. Just what I expected when I saw the room. Period pieces made the room special even with the large screen TV, which we all need in a room. Bathroom was clean and well appointed with everything you could possible need. Breakfast was homemade and delicious and was served by the very welcoming hostess who was fun to talk with. The only place to stay if you have a loved one who needed a stay at Baystate Hospital and you are not allowed to be with them. A wonderful place to spend the night. If you ever need a place to stay in the Springfield are you must check it out. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The water pressure in our room was not great. We couldn't open a window because there were no screens. We prefer a crack of fresh air while sleeping... had we been staying longer we would've asked about this.

We liked the quirkiness of the decor and thoughtfulness of the staff. Although we didn't have time to use the outdoor patio facilities we thought they were attractive and looked fun.

We had a great stay here. The friendliness and hospitality of the owner was a bonus on top of a great room and delicious breakfast. The Luis XIV room was comfy, roomy, well appointed , clean and bright. Definitely hit the mark on the decor they were going for. It was a bit cool and rainy to use the outdoor seating for breakfast, but really nice space. Didn't make indoor breakfast any less fun and the Taste of Fall breakfast sweet was amazing. No downside to this 2 night stay.

    Not a thing.

Naomi's B&B was such a terrific surprise. My expectations were not high because other places I have stayed for the same or more money were not exceptional, and rarely as comfortable. My room was spacious and quiet, and it had a separate little living room/seating area that I loved. My bed and bedding were excellent (and I am very very picky), and the decor was luxurious, but simple and tasteful. Breakfast was delicious. Marci, the B&B's owner and host, was a delight. My two night stay was very pleasant and restful. One helpful note - Naomi's is very easy to find and centrally located, and it is across the road from a major hospital for anyone who needs to be nearby. I would be happy to stay at Naomi's for an extended period of time if I needed to be in the area.

    Everything was great. No complaints.

The property is very quaint and superbly kept. The rooms are very spacious with soft towels, pillows, large tvs, and big, comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with your choice of coffee or tea. It is conveniently located near downtown with a short drive or taxi ride away. Marci was a spectacular host who responds quickly and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend this above hotel options in the area to get a taste of the New England Bed and Breakfast vibe with extreme comfort afforded to you.

Happy with everything except for one minor problem. I have a bit of a disability and couldn't get in and out of the enclosed bath/shower safely. A grabar or 2 would have helped. However, our accommodating host let me shower in another room so all was well.

The room was large, cozy and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the portions large. Our host was friendly, accommodating and engaging. Best of all, the wrap-around front porch was heaven with rocking chairs and other comfortable furniture. Very relaxing!

It is an older building so it isn't "new" and polished feeling but it has charm and is a nice place to stay.

Perfect B&B in Springfield to stay the night. For the value, much better than a motel or something similar. We did not directly interact with staff but, without having to see anyone, check-in and out was smooth and simple.
