Thank you to the front desk staff for an upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was amazing. Although a bit aged, the room was comfortable, clean, had all you needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and practical. We loved our stay although there is not much to do in the local neighborhood. Located by the freeway with easy access to downtown. Good pool and ok food from the bar downstairs. Overall, a lovely stay, thank you!

Everyone was extremely attentive and nice. The valet is included with your stay and they are very prompt about getting your car to you. There are decent food options on property. Checking in and checking out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location by the INT 710, vallet parking included (which is very convenient), beautifull entrance, clean, the rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, simply extraordinary. We all love it.

In this room (classic) we didn’t had a room shoes. We had two reservations and lady at the front desk tried to charge $380 without the reason, she couldn’t find the reservation, she was tried to charge for already prepaid room. The rest of the staff that we met was nice and competent. We figured out this problem later with another person, but it took us time.

Everything was clean and nice. We had a problem with a shower, they fixed it right away when I let them know.

No room cleaning and no fresh towels during a 5 nights stay! Have only received fresh towels and shampoo on last night before check-out. Spa is still closed due to reconstruction. Pool only open until 6 pm.

A little disappointed in the choices for breakfast, but my husband ate the same thing 3 mornings in a row, loved it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff very pleasant.

Unfortunately the spa was closed at the time I was there so I didn't get to experience that. Also, the pool was mediocre in terms of aesthetic ambiance. It was clean and served the purpose, but I would've liked it to be more appealing to the eye (e.g. planters with greenery to soften the view of concrete.)

The valet staff was outstanding. They were quick to bring my car when I needed it, and they were friendly and professional.

The only thing is that housekeeping did not do a throrough job. Had to request towels, soap, shampoo and bedsheets to be changed, which they did pretty quickly after the request, but I had to keep requesting soap and shampoo, they would not replenish.

Facilities were good and comfortable as well as having firnedly and serviceable staff. Restaurant and cafe have good tasting food. Gym facilities were good and clean and wifi signal was very good and stable. Good location next to main streets and freeway.

I didn't like the fact that the spa was closed but I understand it is currently under reconstruction.

Everything seems to be pretty calm and peaceful around the area. Staff was always super friendly and helpful! Check in was also a plus, very smooth, fast didn't take longer than 5 minutes and the same with checkout!

food limited and hard to find in the casino area, however the breakfast was large and reasonably priced. Pool closed at 6pm.

Lovely large room. Location just off major roads. Lots of shopping nearby. Not smokey!!!!
