There was no air conditioning, so the rooms got pretty warm at night. The room with the twin beds especially, because the windows were right on the walkway, so we couldnt really leave them open all night. There was also a fog horn that sounded every fifteen seconds and if you are at all sensitive to noises you might want to bring some ear plugs.

The condo was super spacious with a huge table perfect for family meals and doing puzzles--which were available for borrowing from the clubhouse. The staff at the clubhouse was very friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned a couple of times a day, which put my mind at ease. We didnt use them, but there were BBQs available at the clubhouse which would be awesome for cookouts.

The TV wasn't working (would say "channel will be back shortly! Forever. All channels. No troubleshooting worked) so no TV the whole trip, the backdoor latch was broken so it didn't lock or shut properly, would randomly open. The unit stayed pretty hot due to weather, no AC was rough. the lockbox with the key jammed and wouldn't close which was stressful, the ice machine in freezer was broken, the pool is only open seasonally & was closed.

Whirlpool tub was incredible, very comfortable beds, proximity to beach, hot tub @ clubhouse, plenty of linen, fully stocked kitchen.

The furniture is old; the sofa bed was broken and it took us awhile to open it; The sink had issues with draining; the toilet paper holder was just broken; the fabric on the furniture was old and smelly; while the room was non smoking, the neighbors smoked, so we had to keep the windows shut; no coffee or sugar in the kitchen.

We missed having an Ocean view. The view of the forest was very nice though.

Above all the condominium was clean spacious and comfortable. There was a small pantry that was stocked with all of the basics you need! This location ranks at the top of places we have stayed!

This address doesn't exist. There's a Post Office across the street from where the condo should have been. The post office doesn't recognize the address.

No kids TV channels, not a big deal as we were rarely in the room.

Excellent location. Very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Few little games and toys for kids, including sand toys to take to the beach. 10 minute drive to downtown which had some great restaurants and cute shops. Great walk along the docks that you can watch the sea lions swim around and catch fish. A few floats had fresh seafood for purchase and the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils to make a meal at home.

Good luck if you run into any maintenance issues! Unfortunately, Vacasa has very poor property management. We reported day 1 that the back door was not locking properly and that the main TV remote was missing. While Vacasa (who sends mostly automated messages) connected me with the local property manager, she was of no help. She initially responded to my request for assistance as we felt like we couldn't leave the condo without locking the back door, but then nobody ever showed up. I tried to text every day, most of which were ignored. This was disappointing overall.

The condo itself is beautiful and has an awesome location right next to the ocean. It was clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub at the community facilities center.

My family and I booked this condo and when we got here it was super dirty from the people who stayed before us. The counters had coffee grounds and crumbs and jelly on them. The floors were dirty with grass and dog hair there’s a bowl with dog food in it. The sheets were not changed the beds were made but sheets had hair and dirt on them the bathroom counter had sticky stuff and hair on them, hair in the tub. Food on the dinning room chairs the trash in the kitchen was full of smelly garbage. Etc… I called and they told me they didn’t have another place they were all booked the lady was extremely rude and did not give any cares in the world that this place was dirty, and all she would do was send someone to change bed sheets. The lady that showed up was mad because it was her day off and she was called In to clean on her day off. She vacuumed the doorway and changed sheets but not bedding. There was an issue with the hot water we can’t shower and the tub is very slow to drain. Refrigerator was dirty and the whole place smelled musty and moldy. Out on the back patio was a tiny grill when my husband lifted up the grill from the box it was in there was two bags of dog poop under it. I called and told Vacasa the issues and sent pics and nothing. What a waste of money.

Wasn't able to check in until over 2 hours late due to lockout from staff and then cleaning crew. Master bedroom door knob fell off, bathroom didn't latch, constantly smelled Marijuana, the quilt in the master bedroom had pee stains. Honestly not a great stay and disappointed. :/

I liked everything about the property, but I do have some comments: I don’t like the vacasa sends a billion different texts/emails with all different details. I would appreciate having the details of my stay all in one email or text. so I don’t have to take 29 minutes to find WHICH email has the address and WHICH email has the code, and WHICH email has the check out process. For the property: one of the dining room chairs is very wobbly and there’s a broken outlet in one of the bedrooms. also I noticed a bad smell while washing dishes. might want to check the drain?

I liked the location, and the amenities. I really liked that the check out process was so easy.
