I saw multiple mosquitoes, spiders and a moth I had to kill. the floor was way too slippery due to the room being so humid. almost fell a couple times and no breakfast on site. The pool was freezing.

The view was beautiful, location was close to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff were so nice and you can simply text them if you need anything or have a question. The beach view was so amazing and the walk to the beach was really quick.

While we stayed the elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor. I didn’t mind though but I know others would.

The view was absolutely amazing.! And the distance from the room to beach couldn't of been better.! And although the room looks nothing like the pics it was still nice and clean.

Although it was relatively clean, the bedding could have been cleaner. I always strip down all the bedding before I check out to better ensure it gets washed for the next visitor, and when I did I found that the mattress and pillow protectors had seen better days. But all of the top sheets/covers were clean. I am extremely weary with the cleanliness of hotel beds, especially in a couple's bed, so this definitely bothered me. I would definitely like to see some deep cleaning done there. The kitchen lights were not working, which wasn't a big deal but it still would've been nice if they had worked. The main issue I did have was the lack of a ceiling fan or even a window in the bathroom - after taking a shower it would stay steamy and wet for a long time, and any odors would linger for way longer than they should, since there was no air circulation in there. I also wish they kept a broom and dustpan in each room to sweep up the sand that inevitably gets tracked in, since they do not perform housekeeping services during your stay. During our latest stay, we woke up to a leak in the ceiling, but the owner responded quickly with a resolution and offered to move us to a different room if need be.

The staff are all wonderful. Check-in is a breeze with their online check-in option. I absolutely love their texting customer service, you can shoot them a text whenever you need something and they are quick to respond. The location of this place is just awesome, steps away from the beach and close to Broadway and many great restaurants and grocery stores.They have a pool and lots of tanning chairs, including on the lawn out front. Cleaner than most hotels I've been to. Great ocean views. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times in the past few years and each time has been good enough for us to come back again, even if there are some things we wish would be improved.

The property was right on the beach - with free parking. Our 1 bedroom-suite had two balconies and a wonderful view of the ocean. The prices were reasonable and the staff very friendly.

When I arrived, the elevator was broken, but my room was on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase too far. As a senior, I found the tub/shower rather slippery, and there were no grab bars.

My room looked out at the beach and ocean which was great. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs, and I enjoyed sitting there. From the hotel I could walk for 10-20 minutes in two directions, finding places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Pool had a lot of sand in it - and the property was very old ( elevator broken) - but it was clean and had a charm to it - everything worked well and I liked the decor and the beach towels/ lounge chairs !

We loved the location , the private balcony , the staff, and the sunrise view s as well as l the value ! Comfortable beds and pillows. We will be returning for sure! :)

It was so cold our first night like it was terrible. That heater would not work. Saturdays morning around 10am I went down to talk to the young lady at the front disk and she helped me out, I really enjoyed her help
