Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesStinks of cigarette smoke from the casino, needs better ventilation like Resorts hotel. Also need more staff for hotel lobby, just took check in took me a HOUR because they only had 2 workers.
A lot of different things to do inside the hotel, you really don’t have to go outside to the boardwalk.

Ice machines didn’t work had to go 10 extra floors just to get ice. Pillows very hard, bed squeaked. Paid for the late check out 3pm and room serviced knocked on door 4 times between the hours of 11am and 2pm

JamaicaEarly check-in comes with a fee and late checkout fee automatically gets added at 11am so be sure to leave on time! in my experience hotels usually allow you to check-in early at their discretion for free. The reataurants were a bit pricy inside the hotel, I supposed that's to be expected.
The Hotel is massive and has many options for food and drink. The casino is huge and nice to explore. the late night clubs/bars were good too both paid and free options.
