We had a wonderful stay at Stern am Rathaus. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel location is fantastic, central to everything and a short stroll to the Christmas markets. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional and we really enjoyed the little pancakes and french toast. I would highly recommend Stern am Rathaus to anyone visiting Cologne. The staff are friendly and helpful, you will feel really at home here.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the room (we stayed in a triple room) consisted of two rooms, spacious and nice. There was a separate bathroom and toilet. The staff was very nice, the facility was very clean, cosy and nice. The breakfast service totally exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable.
