One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time. As we visit relatives in Gelsenkirchen every year we have now found our favorite hotel to go to, so we will be booking with them again for our next trip. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and spoke very good English. As a wheelchair user all aspects of my needs were catered for ie: automatic doors. The room (junior suite) was very spacious as was the on-suite.
