The team promptly arranged taxis at the last minute - the hotel cab was available for us at all times, and has saved us a lot of worries dealing with the local taxis. The driver has been very kind, and accompanied us on our adventures around Goa. They also gave us some advice on visiting local beaches, exchanged currency directly in the hotel, and made sure we have everything we need. We also got a room with an amazing jungle view.

Attention to detail, sending fruit to the room, allowing for a late breakfast etc etc. The service mentality and friendliness were absolutely amazing. The property is well kept, spanking clean and beautiful. Excellent breakfast (especially omelettes!) and also really great dinner options. The downstairs "Cadiz" bar is a great place to meet people. All in all, a great place. When in Goa next, I know where to stay!
