Absolutely stunning location and views. Cosy little cottage (we stayed at La Cantina) that let us feel like we weren’t visiting, but living, in Montepulciano. But most of all, the warmth and hospitality of our host Mr. Andrea, his brother, nephew, and all the staff there. Since we didn’t drive, they dropped us off and picked us up multiple times from the town, even late at night. Every morning, Mr. Andrea would have suggestions for places to see, restaurants to try, wineries to visit. It felt like being welcomed into a family. And the bonus - two cats and a dog (though doggo’s not on the property itself)!
