It was excellent hotel. All staffs are so kind and they always help us when my sister lost her money. Room was always clean. Location is so good that we can go everywhere in Beppu. If I will trip to Beppu again I will stay here again. If I have a one dissatisfaction that was I could stay just 2 days in this hotel. It was perfect thanks a lot :)
