They accommodated my request to be on top floor. Room service was amazing. Food tasted great, and bought to us in a timely manner. Staff was great other then one bar tender but the others made up for it.

Staff was friendly and efficient during check in (and check out), and breakfast room staff were very nice as well. Breakfast room was well stocked and offered hot selections, as they did prior to COVID. Also, all public areas were very clean, and in the breakfast room, cutlery and bread/bagels were wrapped. Other visitors were respectful and mindful of the signs to remain masked in public spaces. The location is convenient to the restaurant next door (across the parking lot).

Location for the concert venue we were attending was perfect. The history of the mansion and the way it has been tastefully furnished. Right from contact prior to check in, through check in, until we left, all the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast menu changed daily. Both hot and cold options were high quality.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk is so friendly and helpful. I love the location bc it’s right by Main Street. Awesome stay!

The entire stay was excellent. However, we went to the Dime for breakfast the next morning and service was horrible! It took us 45 just to get coffee and another 15 minutes to get creamer for the coffee and it only went down hill after that. People were coming in LONG after we were seated and not only did they get their orders taken, they got their FOOD before our orders were even taken. The food was excellent when it finally arrived but it was not a good way to end a wonderful stay at your beautiful establishment.

The management went above and beyond to optimize and neutralize the situation. We soon forgot the start and enjoyed a wonderful stay. Our room was impeccably clean. The decor was spot on. The room was on the smaller side, no place to really sit and relax, but was what we booked. The location is outstanding on Main street with a lot of things going on, including outdoor dining and music, shops, people and natural area around the corner to enjoy.
