The property was pleasant, with spacious rooms and an elevator. The breakfast room was big and beautiful as well, and very comfortable. Breakfast was correct and tasty, which we enjoyed. The host, Ana, was very nice. Gave us useful advise on what to see and do nearby, changed our pillows to make the bed more comfortable for us when we asked and made us feel at home. We would have extended our stay one more night but the place was completely booked.

We had a large room with comfortable beds. The room and hotel were nicely decorated. The breakfast was good. The staff helped us book a tour in English to a local winery which was appreciated. We take our dog with us. The hotel is lovely; clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. But it is the exceptionally friendly, customer focussed staff that stand out for us. The reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and breakfast staff are all welcoming and truly customer focussed. We recommend this hotel to visitors to Rioja.

We had an amazing spa day and our whole stay was a great way to relax. We had the Junior Suite which was amazing! Great size and comfortable bed. The staff was very kind and accomodating. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back some day.
