Amazing house, fully equipped. Everything was even better than we expected - house is spot clean, fresh, well furnished. Every morning we gladly used "fresh bread service" at our door. A very pleasant surprise was possibility to receive a discount for ski pass (saved approx. 40eur per person for 6day ski pass). House has separate room for ski equipment with boot heaters. Host is very welcoming and will help with any question. Location is also very convenient - 8min drive to Samnaun. Ski bus also operates.

Perfect location, lift 4 minutes by car, skibus stops in front of the house, and in winter you can ski to the house! Close to the bus stop, on the central street, easy to find. Good, sufficient breakfast. As it was off season and the hotel was almost empty, only one time out of three breakfasts I had, there was some warm food available (scrambled eggs with ham), otherwise it was a standard coffee / yogurt / sandwich package. The woman serving breakfast was great! The room was fine, very comfortable bed, bathroom big and clean.

Good bathroom. Balcony. Great location for walking in the mountains. The free (summer) guest card supplied gave free use of the cable cars to Ischgl and the local buses. Convenient location with a possibility to ski down to the lift with minimum effort, and getting back from a slope or bus station is just a bit of walk. Nice view in all directions, and even though it's at the outer reach of the village, it's still just a few minutes walk from the center. Nice breakfast, warm ski room, parking space at the property.

The hotel stuff do their best to make their guests feel happy & satisfied. They are helpful & friendly. The breakfast is varied and with quality local food. The hotel is situated at the Center of Samnaun village. The Wellness & Spa is wonderful to relax after skiing or an outside activity.
