What a stay! We did our mini-moon at the Barcelo and enjoyed our stay very much! While booking we upgraded for the room with hot tub on the balcony and we were not disappointed by that choice. Wonderful sunset from our room. The food at the bar by the pool is EXCELLENT, it's a legit restaurant. All the staff is super friendly and very well trained. Cocktails are delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffet style with plenty of options. We took advantage of the wellness center on site and it was great as well. Overall, it was amazing, recommend 10/10. Special shoutout to Javi & Jose at the Bar, and Michael in the lobby who were extra friendly and so good at what they're doing. We'll be back!

The staff and the service was great. The sea view from the pool is wordless and the sunset is amazing. There are some places in front of the beach you can stay and the view is incredible. They offer snorkeling too. The gym is really big, very good equipments and there is a personal trainer at your disposal. The room we stayed was really big, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was really good. They offer plenty of activities to do, from yoga to guided walking around the island.

The location was perfect for our needs of a local yoga retreat and being able to explore the coastline. Waking up in the beautiful forests and palm trees with the expansive view out to the sea was so calming and blissful each day. I loved being welcomed by all of the dogs each day, a real highlight! The breakfast was delicious, freshly made gluten free pancakes each day. The care taken with the grounds and property and home-feel was outstanding. It was so hard to leave - we will definitely be back! Thank you so so much for our wonderful time with you!
