Great location which was really close to the beach but not too busy and noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave a bag a few hours before the check in time. Room was very comfortable.

Large apartment, quiet as it's above street level especially the top floor bedroom. Undisturbed night's sleep on a big comfortable bed. Water and milk in fridge, toothpaste and toothbrushes (that I had no reason to use, but it's a thoughtful provision) as well as toiletries in bathroom. Weather was cold but flat was temperate. Handy for shops, pubs and dining.

Excellent location. loved it. clean. restaurant and food places nearby. shopping malls are in walkable distance especially Marks and Spencer, Primark, TJ Maxx, Sainsbury, Aldi etc. bus stop to Margate and Ramsgate was nearby with great frequency. friendly reception and hotel staff. All these made my stay wonderful. I will definitely stay there again.

The place was self-catering, and we enjoyed our conditions as all the necessary items for cooking were available in the house. The bedrooms are quite large and the beds are extremely cosy and comfortable to sleep in. The living room is extremely spacious, and the sofa sitting is comfortable when you need to relax while watching TV. Our staying at this place, offered us a nice experience as we could reach the beach within 5 minutes walk down the road and also some interesting places like Shell Grote or the Caves contributed to our lovely stay in. I strongly recommend it to anyone interested in spending a good time with family.

Very helpful my tv wouldn't work so got moved immediately to a new better room. Very happy with that outcome. Lovely place. Stay again if I was in Kent again
