We were welcomed with open arms made to feel at home the room was nice and big had everything needed and abit more. My son and I were staying, very friendly towards my son, extremely accommodating and lovely family. The bed was very comfortable had a 2 choices of firmness with pillows, bath towel looked brand new and really soft. There's a little caddie of soaps and shampoos which I thought was kind. The choice of coffees, teas and snacks was very good. All in all we loved our stay and would like to come back again.
