Friendly helpful staff. My visit to Whitford was to facilitate a reconnect with two friends, who lived nearby, whom I hadn't seen for a long time due to the pandemic. The Hotel allowed them to come in and join me for dinner, which was great.

Quiet, comfortable bed, huge room, friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was delicious- really well done. Croissants, yogurt with granola parfait, cereals, juices. In addition to that, there was a menu for made to order- full Irish, porridge with honey, eggs on toast, pancakes. We stayed because our ferry arrived late- we’d been in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany for 3 weeks. This hotel was the best value, and best breakfast of the trip and was really comfortable- great linens, large bed and a good mattress. The staff was great too. Highly recommend.
