Outstanding communication with the staff. We stayed in a multiplex room; very nice with lovely patios. The individual cabins looked nice; I'd choose one of those next time. The other facilities and offerings were all useful: a lounge, laundry, and shovels and towels to borrow to help explore Hot Water Beach.

The accommodation was clean, well-kept and had everything one could need. The owner has the cutest golden retriever that our dog enjoyed playing with. The accommodation is walking distance from Hahei beach and lovely eating establishments such as Little Blue Kitchen and The Poor House. 10 mins drive from Hot Water Beach as well. A really nice spot. I would definitely come again.

First class property. The apartment was great, and the grounds are beautiful. Terrific location 5 minute walk to Hahei Beach and 2 minute walk to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!

It is about 400 m to the beach. The location is quiet. The equipment is excellent, especially the kitchen. Everything is new and modern. The hosts live in the same house, but are discreetly in the background, although they are always available and very helpful. The only potential for improvement: the outdoor seating area is not covered, so that it cannot be used when it rains, which surprisingly we had plenty of.

We loved everything about Crows nest, so much we have fitted in another trip during our north/south island tour in February/March. So confortable, clean, everything you need and a great location; Team were so helpful. We even got to see a dolphin from the balocny whilst we were having breakfast on the balcony

Whitianga is a beautiful place/city and it was nice to have stayed in a comfortable, warm, clean and just overall great place like Albert number 6. We were satisfied. Close to many shops as well as the beach.
