Everything perfect in this hotel, starting with staff: all sectors, receptionists, restaurant/bar staff, housekeeping. Not only friendly and helpful but really efficient and supportive. Room was impeccably clean (no carpets but modern flooring!) and quiet despite central location (two minutes walk to the railway station). Service was excellent despite high affluence due to tourist groups and weekend. Complimentary, rich supper buffet and afternoon snacks including a well groomed ice-cream bar plus coffee/tea/juices for free. Ample choice for breakfast, both western and eastern style. A heartfelt recommendation if you stay in the area!

Tom and Sherry the owners were just delightful . So kind, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. Loved the room, very comfortable, great bathroom and great to have a balcony to sit out on. Bed was a little hard, pillows comfortable. Great location, shops near, night Market 10 min walk, Block down street Market food, cocktail bar opposite called oz and Japanese seafood restaurant next door. Its about $100 by taxi from train station. Really enjoyed Hualein and my stay at Cheese Bon.

Room was huge for a family of 3, with a large bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. Lift in the home stay is a bonus for my elderly parents. Host was super kind and generous, even offering oilment and medicinal patches for my mum when she'd heard about her injured ankle. Host even sent us the the railway station in the morning of our last day!! Would recommend staying here if you wanna be away from the buzz of the city. Host provides 4 city bikes for FREE too! It's near the cycling route to taipingyang park! AWESOME STAYING EXPERIENCE!
