Novotel Criciuma features a restaurant, fitness centre and bar in Criciúma. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hot tub. The staff were awesome. Reginaldo was extremely helpful and friendly. His english was very helpful as I'm Australian so it was good to have someone speak English. The food was great and accommodation clean and new. Being beside a major shopping centre helped as well. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting great accommodation in Cruçiuma.
