Location was perfect - every Athens sight object was easily accessable by foot, good restouraunts surrounding the hotel and the view from the balcony and the roof terrace was exceptional ! Fabulous location near the port. Walking distance to local shopping. We were late in from the airport but we received a friendly greeting and orientation to the hotel & its facilities. The room has had a modern refurbishment and was really well appointed. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed, coffee machine and exceeded our expectations. Our booking included breakfast which was a good range of cooked and cold options. Great coffee and the staff were fabulous giving us great tips for places to eat & visit in Hydra which was our next stop. Thoroughly recommend booking here. Wish we’d had a longer stay.

Conveniently set in the centre of Athens, NLH KERAMEIKOS - Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. We enjoyed the proximity to the Acropolis area. Also the welcome was just lovely, and helpful. The lifts are tiny, but no problem. I was going to go back down for the second bag, but the nice reception man suddenly appeared with it. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a view through to the Acropolis, which was a joy, and a balcony also. The double glazing was marvellous as the next day a road digger was hideously noisy but with the door closed we didn't hear a thing. Will definitely stay here again

Located in Kolonaki and housed in the former Canadian Embassy, within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall, The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant. i completely enjoyed my stay at the modernist hotel and would consider staying there again. very clean, large comfortable room. excellent bathroom and shower all in modern and new decor. great air conditioning in the room. really comfortable bed. can see the acropolis in the distance from the rooftop dining area. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. i was having a little trouble booking day excursions because of the current travel conditions but the hotel staff looked around for me and kept in contact with me while i was out and about in town. they worked hard and found a great half day sunset swim/cruise with several incredible dishes of homemade lunch on a new company yachthop that was perfect especially with the heat. the breakfast-eggs and other breakfast items were a great way to start the day. the hotel has a few little cafes and places to grab a bite about a block away on a side street. even though the hotel is off the main road i didn't really hear any noise. i would definitely recommend staying there. about 30 min car ride (transfer service) from the airport. hotel is about 1 mile from the start of the shopping and town area with all the restaurants near the acropolis. don't let the distance discourage you though. should be about a 5 euro taxi (BEAT app) if you do not feel like walking. the walk is easy. just down the main road and you're there.

Bed is really comfy, room has everything you need including nespresso machine with replenished capsules every day. As well as water in the fridge. Despoina from Front desk was so kind, cannot say enough for her. Having all information during stay that I needed. She was printing maps for me, calling museum to check working time and really taking care about me. Lovely Bistro restaurant in the hotel with delicious food. Would surely go there again
