Situated within 10 km of Yarrow Stadium and 8 km of Paritutu Rock, Chalets at Okurukuru provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in New Plymouth. Everything was exceptional. Nothing to fault on at all. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Would 110% recommend and will definitely be staying again soon!

Located in Hawera, Fossil Coast B&B provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a barbecue and mountain views. All rooms include a Smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Super friendly hosts, love their hospitality very much. They even cooked us lovely breakfast and the room was clean, bed was comfy too.

Platinum Lodge has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Stratford, 45 km from Yarrow Stadium. The accommodation features a spa bath. Really beautiful room with fabulous view of Mount Taranaki. Had seats outside the room on the patio separated from next door with a trellis and shrubs. There was a wonderful jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Breakfast was lovely too, homemade muesli, yoghurt, fruit, bread, crumpets and English muffins. Great location, very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive to the National Park and great walks. Trish was great too, very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend. There were facilities for massages etc, which we didn’t try.

Newly opened in 2011, this motel offers air-conditioned studios and apartments with flat-screen satellite TV and DVD players. Guests have free access to bicycles for exploring the local area. Very clean and the room came with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Excellent place to stay especially when travelling with kids. Close proximity to the coast, food places and shops. Loved our stay and we will definitely stay at Dawsons when we go to New Plymouth again.

This is the best place ever! Everything seems new, everythings works well, great room (big bed, everything available in kitchen, big bathroom, soft towels), very clean, very spacious, good Wifi, lots of parking space, friendly staff (reception and housekeeping), close to the National park, next to supermarket, quiet .... great!
