The location is perfect! very close to the museum, harbour, new world supermarket, and cube street! everything is close! Also, very easy to communicate with the landlord, he responds quickly! Room is tidy and clean!

Situated in Martinborough in the Wellington region, Swan House has a patio. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Reasonable stroll to the main square of town where there are many restaurants and a grocery store. Wineries are plentiful and close by and the area is flat so taking one of the Swan House loaner bikes is a nice way to explore. There is also a pedi-cab rental in the center of town. Exceptionally clean! Quiet for sleeping. Also very dark. Patio area is large and shared. “Double or Twin Room” (#3) is on the end and thus has lots of windows and only one shared wall. Owner’s welcome was genuine and appreciated. Continental breakfast included: coffee (instant or n espresso), teas (10 different varieties!), yogurt, cereal, toast (Honey, Marmite, Peanut Butter or 3 varieties of fruit jam), fruit cup, milk, and juice. It’s all in the room so you can eat what and when you want. No cooking facilities in the rooms but that was as expected/made clear in the listing. If saving money thru self-catering is your aim you can manage well enough with the provided continental breakfast, picnic lunch, and a take-away dinner.

Located in Paraparaumu , Raumati Sands Resort is just 200 metres from Raumati Beach and playground. The resort offers an outdoor pool and guests receive unlimited free WiFi. Close to motorway, not far from cbd. Owners were really lovely

newly renovated in (year) the villa is located 600 meters from main building. Location was perfect for hiring bikes and going out for dinner and breakfast. Lots of amazing options of places to eat and the vineyards were lovely! Everyone (mostly!) were very friendly and welcoming - we had an amazing weekend away (sorry for being a bit too noisy in the evening too 😔)

Located opposite Trentham Railway Station, Totara Lodge offers spacious rooms and apartments with easy access by train to Westpac Stadium. Modern, clean looking room. I really like the upper floor. Bed was very comfy. Shower was great, good water pressure and the showerhead was at a good height (at most of my stays elsewhere they are always too low, made for midgets).

We were travelling around Australia and NZ for almost a month and our stay at Parehua Resort in Martinborough was our No. 1 from all 15 different hotels we stayed at during our trip. We loved the whole area of the resort, the swimming pool, the tennis court, our beautifully designed, spacious apartment and the lovely staff. The place is located within a walking distance from the best wineries in Martinborough (there is also a possibility to rent a bike for 40$/day). We were lucky to witness a beautiful sunset followed by an unforgettable stargazing. It was truly sad to be leaving Parehua after just one night – we highly recommend booking at least 2-3 nights at this amazing place. Perfect for a honeymoon!

Sunshine Haven - New 3-Bedroom 4-Beds in Paraparaumu is situated in Paraparaumu. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views. A very new modern, furnished and well provisioned 3 bedroom home which we stayed at for 1 night. Handy location and we received clear instructions by email for access into the home before arrival.
