Very nice continental breakfast… and it is also possible to have a dinner by the end of the day. BUT, the main value proposition from the Baan Sawan is undoubtedly the spirit and the soul of the resort thanks Valerie, Philippe and their staff. Santiburi Koh Samui is located along beautiful Mae Nam Beach in Koh Samui. Featuring luxurious villas and suites, it offers a tropical outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. The first 5 star resort on the island, and it shows in that the property is a better piece of land than any of the others we checked out. The privacy, isolation, space, and quiet all eclipse that of resort properties closer to the airport. We stayed 3 nights in the beach-side villas, very nice. Staff and breakfast were high end as one would expect.
