Nicely furnished and cosy brand new studio apartment. All materials and facilities were of high quality and everything was very clean. Located on a small street in old town with just a very short walking distance to city center. Several tram lines stop nearby (Neuer Markt) for travel to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed with two blankets. Good curtains to make the room dark even at daytime. Convenient garage for keeping a car (paid separately). The smallest apartment size "Smart Apartment" was adequate for two people for two nights' stay but would have felt a bit cramped for longer stay and thus I would recommend choosing "Medium" or "Large" apartment in that case.

The owner was at the apartment at the discussed time and gave us the keys and showed us around. She was very friendly and helpful in the booking process and during our stay. She also gave us lift to the trainstation for our trip back. Het English is perfect, which is nice as we had some Chinese colleagues.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber und sehr geräumig. Parken war direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Es war rundum perfekt.

The rooms are functional rather than cosy but they are new and clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are more than sufficient for a short stay and the hotel itself is clearly only designed for people who pass through the city in a day or two rather than holidaymakers.
