The apartment is big enough, very clean, with a nice balcony, The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking is in the building and it is completely safe. The city center is at walking distance. The host is a very nice person and she gave us a lot of useful advices. Perpignan is a nice town. We enjoyed the whole experience. I recommend.

Good communication from the host before and during our stay. Great location a short walk from the centre. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook if you wanted (we didn't as there are so many great places to eat out). Slept really well due to the comfortable bed and A/C. The whole apartment was modern and clean, one if the best apartments we've stayed at.

There was a swimming pool, but as it didn't open until 10am and check out was an hour or so later, we didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was in a rather soulless room, but had a good buffet selection to choose from with, I think, a hot and cold offering. For an overnight stop en route, this hotel is fine, but if you're looking for a holiday/romantic getaway, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.
