The staff was nice and very helpful. No problems with communicating in English. Good breakfast made with local ingredients. Everything that you might need was included on the apartment.

Ciutadella Harbour and the old town can be reached within 10 minutes’ walk. Free public parking is available nearby. The hotel also can arrange car rental and bicycle hire. Highly recommended. Classic 1960s hotel on Cuitadella's urban beach, just 15min walk into old town. Big balconies with fab views. Great patio, adorable little pool, and private sea swimming area. Why is this a two-star?

Great facilities and great breakfast included. We particularly liked the complimentary snacks and soft drinks available just off the lobby.

An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

El Consul Mao - Hotel Boutique is situated in Mahón, within 600 metres of Mahon Port and 10 km of Es Grau. Extremely confortable bed and very quiet despite being very close to the busy centre.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Meloussa Boutique Hotel ! The room is very quiet, clean, cozy and luminous. We felt very comfortable staying there - even on the one rainy afternoon we spent in the room watching Netflix. The bed is fairly large, very comfortable, and fills the room with a subtle smell of freshly cleaned sheets. The bathroom is bright, big enough for a big walk-in rainfall shower, and overall very practical. There is also good internet/wi-fi and an android TV with different streaming/video services. The hotel itself is clean and minimal, but still warm and tastefully decorated with lovely Mediterranean style. The breakfast is amazing: fresh coffee and orange juice with a large choice of sweet and savory toasts, from traditional pan con tomate to various local variations using Menorcan hams and cheeses, avocado toasts and Nutella/banana/coconut toast (they're all delicious, of course). We were glad to have stayed long enough to try (almost) all of them. The location is also perfect, in a quiet street right in the center of Ciutadella - which is perfect for sampling some of the best restaurants and bars in Menorca (we recommend Smoix and Aurora nearby). Finally, the staff is absolutely adorable and very helpful - and we would like to thank them again for making our stay that much better. I can't recommend this place enough, especially given their very reasonable price.
