We stayed 5 nights specifically for a family wedding. Our room was quiet and comfortable and met our needs. It included an iron and ironing board which came in handy. The soap dispensers included hand and body cream and surprisingly shaving cream. Additional cutlery and crockery was available from the Reception. A large shopping plaza across the road could be accessed through it's car park and included a good selection of eating places and a Cole supermarket. There were a couple of Pubs within walking distance and a short drive to Camden with more shops and eating places. We would be happy to stay there again under similar circumstances as there was nothing we would want to improve on.
It was a very relax country stay. Great view of the mountains from the balcony and good view of the sunset from the bistro. The rooms were clean as we booked 3 rooms with family friends. The restaurant was excellent with great food and lovely ambience.
Loved the close proximity to the entertainment and really good food. Just up the path. Couldnt hear music from room. Lovely pool and gardens. Great room. It was great to see all the outdoor heaters, fire pits and fireplace. Play area and equipment for kids. So many people enjoying themselves.
Camden Valley Inn was a great place to stay. An absolutely awesome venue with a great vibe. Well appointed rooms and beautiful gardens and surrounds. I was there for work but will actually come and visit with family for a weekend getaway. Loved it
Such a great pace to stay, from the moment we arrived until checkout. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, well equipped and the styling was lovely. Great bathroom and even better shower! Only criticism would be the sofa, which was like a futon, very low and not too comfy to sit on. I would suggest a small table with 2 chairs could easily be accommodated in the space, making the room even more comfortable. The Tavern is also just as lovely and the food and beverages were reasonably priced and yummy! We had a fabulous stay and will book again next time we are down that way.
The room and the bed were comfortable. Everything was very clean. I would have liked the outside lights in the grounds to be turned off at night. Our room faced the garden, which was lovely in the daytime but the outside lights were very bright and even with the block out curtains closed, a lot of light still shone in to our ground floor room. Upstairs probably would not experience this as much.
