The hotel overall is very clean and staff are very welcoming, kind, and ready to offer their assistance. We have eaten at the restaurant. Their complimentary breakfast is great whether you want a traditional breakfast or a more western breakfast. For lunch or dinner we prefer the traditional food- they do a very good job at making that. Our room was very nice and everyday housekeeping did a wonderful job at tidying up our room and providing us hygiene essentials. I highly recommend this place to those visiting Addis Ababa.

Great place with just what we needed for a short lay over. Great location! Transfers were appreciated to and from airport (even at middle night hours) and our driver was very nice. The lovely team member at reception made our entry and exit of hotel east and pleasant, and she was happy to assist us and making sure we were up early enough to make our early hours flight. It’s a very convenient place, walking distance from airport , ATM and supermarket are available near by I was sad I had to cut my stay short but I will be definitely coming back. This was my second stay the Jupiter - Bole so I knew what to expect. So after a long struggle with the COVID induced shutdown, it is once again open and seemingly beginning to flourish again. The hotel is located just a 15 minute drive from Bole Airport and there are several restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel also has a good restaurant and serves an excellent breakfast, buffet-style. The staff is very well trained, professional, and helpful
