The property was beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. Clean, modern and very well set out. The bedrooms were great and the bunkbeds are certainly large enough for adults, there was even a hairdryer in the room, towels & a bathrobe. I would suggest flip flops or sliders for in the shower as it was also a wet room. The kitchen was well equipped with space in the fridge for all 4 rooms on the upper floor, we did write names on our milk etc to avoid any confusion. The lounge area is great just like being at home with two large sofa's, TV and fire, there were also a few sets of rustic tables for dining. Outside there is a lake and children's playground with a great coffee shop that also served snacks. You would definitely need a car if you stay here but there are plenty of walks. We will definitely come back with family again. The website DOES NOT show how wonderful this little Gem is and I'm very fussy when it comes to staying away:)

Although it is located on a major A-road, there really isn't much traffic going through to Port Erin and with the double-glazed windows I didn't notice the traffic at all. We didn't have time to enjoy sitting in the garden, but it all added to the charm of the place as you walk through it each time you leave & arrive. It was also nice having a dedicated off-road parking space and the wi-fi was reliable (a godsend given we didn't have mobile roaming on the island).
