Staff answered all of our questions, were very helpful, and very attentive. Our room was very clean with nice bed linens. The breakfast was varied and generous, served in an attractive space. It was nice to have bedside tables with lamps. Staff arranged transportation to the Thai Loei Ban Kang Pla Weaving Group which we found interesting. We enjoyed the 8km walk back through the countryside.

Loei Palace offers a big clean room with comfy mattress. Good size bathroom and large shower area. Good to see everything so clean after the floods with swimming pool in good working order. One of the best among the many places we've stayed at in Thailand. Friendly and helpful owners. Lots of greenery and therefore shade. Large rooms with balconies on both sides. Comfortable beds. Enough shelves and storage space. A quiet neighborhood but with enough places to eat within walking distance, and even more within a short drive.
