The staff was really very helpful and kind. From the lady(Kayla) that picked us up from the airport to the receptionist (Katie) and the night manager (Greg) made our stay enjoyable. We booked a wrong room and even though no fault of theirs, they were able to help resolve the issue. The building was neat and the breakfast nice. Will definitely be staying in Country Inn & Suites whenever I’m in MD.

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.
