Everything was perfect! Renata and Bruno are very friendly and made themselves available if we had questions. While this is a flat, it surely felt better than many hotels I stayed before. The apartment was very well decorated and had every supply we needed. They even provide guests with books and board games - very thoughtful. The bed is very comfortable, the bed linen provided is clean and of good quality, and the towels were 100% cotton which I particularly appreciated given that I am very allergic to other materials. The stay doesn’t have breakfast included but you can eat a buffet breakfast at the hotel for 44 reais or have breakfast in Fran’s Cafeteria (located door to door to Mercure). If I ever return to São Paulo I will stay there again.
