Good communication with the owner/property manager who allowed us to check in early on our day of arrival, and check out late on our last day. Local bars and small supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. One of the bathrooms had not been well cleaned but they are fairly modern, as are the bedrooms. Layout of my apartment across multiple floors was a bit awkward (living space and kitchen were on separate floors) but again fine for one or two days.

Very convenient, next to a lovely park, very lively in the evenings (but totally quiet in the clean and comfortable accommodation). Reception is only open part time, but very friendly and helpful. Self catering equipment is comprehensive - all you can reasonably need. And a roof garden to contemplate the Cádiz rooftops. Brilliant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
