My stay was excellent. From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything went really well. The rooms were very clean Everyone was extra nice and welcoming. Cleaning was done almost everyday. Well equiped kitchen. The pool and its area was well conserved and cleaned too. A nice walk down to the beach and to all the bars and cafe's. Perfect location so at night you can sleep well without noise.
