What attracted us to this boarding house was that breakfast was included and Parking available, all be it limited and first come first served. Our room was spotless and toilet/shower room appeared brand new.

This is a really nice serviced apartment in an excellent location, close to the centre of Bristol with easy access to shops and restaurants in Clifton. The apartment was spacious and clean with good quality kitchen equipment and comfortable lounge area. Security was a first for us with an app which activated as a door key for the duration of our stay. OK if you don't run out of battery on your phone! Parking was off site but safe and very close.

Location was great. 7 mins walk from the station and then not too far to walk to the harbourside, or markets or park street. Apartment was lovely and nice you can do a bit of self catering. We had our daughter there too, nice solution for travelling as a family.

Flat was comfortable and in a very good location. Cleaning equipment was provided, dishwasher was broken but it was fine. Knives weren't sharp but we managed. Enough cutlery and crockery to use, if self catering best to cook using the hobs and not the grill or oven. Layout of the flat is great, very spacious, suitable for the three of us. Monday nights are bell ringing nights at the church so if you were thinking of an early night on a Monday don't bother, was quite nice to hear it.

The Location is perfect for those attending a wedding at coombe lodge, with a drive way leading right up to the entrance. I find that many self catering establishments don't offer tea, coffee and milk but the gate house had that and a coffee machine with pods!!!!!

It is a spacious, clean flat with all the amenities for self catering. The landlady advised on Exeter tours. It is quite close to St Thomas station. There are also a great number of Take aways and shops nearby.
