The rooms are beautiful and very conveniently located, the studio basically has it's own private beach that is not as full as the main Potos beach. The street is very quiet and peaceful, just tucked away from the main shopping strip, so ideal for sleeping even with the balcony door open. The rooms have all the amenities you can ask for and more, from bathrobes and slippers to coffee capsules for the little coffee machine. The property manager was also fantastic in terms of communicating and being accessible and reliable.

Bright and spacious, Maria studios and apartments include a kitchenette with fridge, and a TV. All units have a private balcony or terrace overlooking the pool or the hotel’s garden.
Bulgaria
The host was wonderful - always smiling and ready to help! We were given a 3-bed room, even though we were only 2. The room was cleaned every day. The parking is free and is right next to the hotel. There is a motorized barrier for it for which we were given a remote control. The hotel is literally 2 minutes from the beach. The pool was clean and there were sunbeds with umbrellas around it. I saw that there were some concerns about the nearby church - during our stay we did not hear it in the morning, but heard it every night at 7 pm - this wasn't bothersome for us as this was the time we were going out.
