Apartment was very clean and functional. Furniture and kitchen equipment were very modern and practical. Balcony is situated to internal block with nicely maintained area. Bed was very comfortable with warm bedding. Location is close to Rakoczi Utc, one of the main street going to the bridge over Donau. This makes it very easy for orientation. A lot of restaurants with wide variety of food nearby. Spacious underground parking garage. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location is perfect – a quiet green street at the foot of Budda castle, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is stylish, elegant and cozy. The room was a bit warm but widows are protected with the bars, so I could sleep safely with a window open (ground floor). Staff is friendly and always there for you if you need anything. There is a very nice and cozy dining area where you can serve yourself unlimited coffee/tee 24/7. The room is elegant and cozy (even the toiletries are in very elegant bottles😊) there is basically everything you need in the room– free water bottles, slippers, nice vanity box with lot’s of things – from shoe polish till hair ribbon, very good light on the bathroom mirror . If I may suggest – would be great to have a little toilet rack or smth between shower cabin and a sink, to place your stuff during the make-up routine. There are umbrellas to borrow for a rainy day in the hall. On a check out I was given a little bottle of local famous Unicum liquor – a very nice gesture from the hotel. All in all that little things together make your stay very pleasant and make you feel very welcome.

Host Andi was extremely attentive to all our needs - enabling us to check in early, providing very clear instructions regarding entry,,restaurants, where to shop, booking transportation to the airport, etc. When we first arrived, we were unsure as the entrance way has a few steps up and down before walking across the courtyard to the elevator; entrance would benefit from a coat of paint! But the apartment is newly renovated with all the amenities , comfortable bed, very thoughtfully furnished, as it appears in the photo, quiet as it opens onto the courtyard.. And it is in an amazing location - couldn't be better!

Before we have arrived we received, we received a message with all the information needed from the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful at the hotel. We received a gift as well from the owners - a bottle of wine, which was lovely. Additionally, they sent us all the recommendations to see around the city, including the restaurants. It was probably one of the best services (if not the best) from my big experience at the hotels. I would definitely recommend you to stay at Global Suites Budapest! Not sure what some reviewers were expecting, it's serviced apartments rather than a full service hotel. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, due a refurbishment soon but still very presentable and welcoming. Housekeeping visited twice in our five night stay, without asking. Strong wifi, excellent transport connections and easy access to the pool and gym which are also used by members.
