The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very friendly and helpful, offering good suggestions for local attractions and remaining accessible throughout the stay. The property is conveniently located at roughly equal distances from Florence, Pisa, and Siena, though a car is indeed necessary. Set in a tranquil, verdant village, it boasts a stunning Tuscan view from the village center of Montaione. The apartment/room was spacious, and it seems the host kindly provided an upgrade to a larger apartment, which surpassed the expectations set by the photographs. Although our travel season precluded us from using the pool, it appeared inviting.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights but could of stayed for months! The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a comfortable lounge and large dining table. It was so quiet and the views were amazing! Thankyou to Chiara for her recommendations on where to eat and ongoing communication with us. If you get the chance to stay here please do!! You do need a car to get there. My 4 kids loved playing in the large green space and the little playground kept the younger ones entertained. The heating and hot water work really well too. Can't fault this place at all! 10 out of 10!!

We absolutely loved the host. Even though the farm was far away from the city he always offered us a ride (we were traveling with a group of 18-years old and did not have a car). He brought us homemade pasta sauce and mostly because of that we didn't mind any of the accommodation inconveniences. We loved the mini bar (we had never seen such low prices in italy- even lower than in the store) and the pool and the table tennis.
