The customer service is top notch in this place.Julio and Paola are exceptionally great hosts. Paola is especially very helpful, genuinely kind and goes the extra mile to host. She came down to the bus stop to pick us up and welcome us. She even helped carry our heavy luggage. She gave us many helpful tips on how to explore the area. The continental breakfast served in the terrace is very Italian. You will enjoy a great view from there and a couple of cappuccinos. We look forward to return there and enjoy the place and what Bellagio has to offer.g

Very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were amazing. Close to the downtown (with stairs) so not long, but a good workout to burn the tiramisu and gelato calories. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
