Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel had a special entrance for water cabs to get on and off the boat, making it easy for us to carry our luggage to the parking garage

excellent location. very central. 5 mins walk away from everything. Paola was very helpful with organizing water taxis and giving useful tips for the area. There was no washing machine but they do provide laundry service which worked out even better for us

The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice.

There are steps up to the apartment, but only 2 floors, so it is easliy managed. The very friendly host kept in touch throughout our stay. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.

I travelled with a group of 4 friends and booked a 2 bed room apartment hotel. It looked like a president suite but with hotel apartment pricing. Worth staying.
