The accomodation was great, perfect located in a very lovely and not touristic part of Venice. Nice Restaurants, Bars and shops are very near, within minutes accessible. The hosts are very nice, our room was spacious and stylish. The Vaporetto Station St. Staen is reachable within minutes. The appartement is totally quiet and beautiful. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended!

Apartment very practical, had everything we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. Very silent at night. The host was very helpful and responsive (through whatsapp)

Where do I begin. This was our best stay in Italy. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us. The staff Elisabetta was so friendly and responded to us immediately when we had questions. It was very convenient to walk from the hotel to San Marco Square and other areas. There were a few restaurants and bar nearby too. Breakfast was prepared one day ahead and topped up for the next day (cereal, milk, biscuits, yogurt etc.). They also had a small game room filled with board games and some books we could borrow during our stay.

Our room was very cute, comfortable and clean!! The shower was large, we found out most showers are very tiny in Italy. The staff was great at check in. Gave us a map and restaurant recommendations, which were all amazing!!

Location is great, near to train station, quiet. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. She gave tips (restaurants, public transport), offered to keep our bags after checkout. Breakfast was great, delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, stylish.

The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice.

It is super clean and comfortable and is decorated to a very high standard; exactly like the photos. Everything that you could need for self-catering (if desired) is provided. There are steps up to the apartment, but only 2 floors, so it is easliy managed. The very friendly host kept in touch throughout our stay. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.

I travelled with a group of 4 friends and booked a 2 bed room apartment hotel. It looked like a president suite but with hotel apartment pricing. Worth staying.
