It’s a GEM in the centre of the city. Walking distance to the main bridge and all the attractions. I travelled with a group of 4 friends and booked a 2 bed room apartment hotel. It looked like a president suite but with hotel apartment pricing. Worth staying.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and in great location. 15 minutes walk to St. Marks Basilica and 8 minutes walk to train station. The host was very kind and helpfull, providing information and tips during our stay. I will deffinitely stay there again on my next visit.

everything was splendid, from the communication with the staff who were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly, to the location and also the beautifully furnished and detailed apartments. I would definitely stay there again.

- Fabulous location - In a city with difficult access the water taxi can take you right to the doorstep - Large apartment - Vanessa is the queen of Venice!! She is passionate about her city, wants you to love it and is very resourceful and helpful with everything - The unseen housekeeping folks are good - Elevator!! - Except for the one amall step to the entrance is disabled friendly It's basic but the large apartment with a kitchenette makes it a very comfortable property in a city of small spaces. Hygiene and cleanliness standard is high, very helpful folks. You can literally throw a stone to St Marks and Rialto is a hop step and jump away but the apartment is completely noiseless.

The two bedrooms are extremely comfortable and you could quickly find it a home from home. Its location is excellent, just a few hundred metres from San Marco and the lagoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by making it ideal for a stay in Venice.

It is super clean and comfortable and is decorated to a very high standard; exactly like the photos. Everything that you could need for self-catering (if desired) is provided. There are steps up to the apartment, but only 2 floors, so it is easliy managed. The very friendly host kept in touch throughout our stay. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.
