We were pleasantly surprised about how complete the room amenities were. They put in a lot of thought in what one may need during a typical stay - from complete dinnerware with dishwashing soap & sponge to coat deodorizers and room humidifiers. Our room didn’t have a bathtub but the shower was a shower temple (with side jets) - definitely just as relaxing and something we haven’t encountered anywhere else. The room was very clean and check in was a breeze. Getting around was very easy as we were right next to the Bashamichi station (and if you prefer traveling by bus, there’s a station right in front). For breakfast, we purchased some items from the mini supermarket downstairs or went to Starbucks. There are a couple of restaurants beside the property accessible via escalator downstairs. Staff were very helpful too especially when we asked help to book a taxi to the Shinkansen station (with small luggage on hand). on the day of our departure, they held on to our bags while we did some last minute sightseeing and had them ready the minute we arrived.

Our stay was delightful, with a stylish hotel from lobby to guest room, enhanced by complimentary Nespresso coffee, water, cozy armchairs, and books. The 24-hour fitness room and spacious, comfortable accommodations made it perfect for our family with a toddler.
