There are one accommodations on the first basement floor, and one can be fully occupied. There is a piano and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also really clean. The bedding was great too! I left an inquiry about this and that, and it was nice that they responded kindly. They also provided coffee machines, books, and other useful things for sightseeing. They baked the brownies themselves and provided them for free, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. ^^ It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop and subway station. The space itself is so pretty and nice that I want to stay there again next time I have the chance ^^

It has a washing and drying unit and a kitchen. It had everything needed for a big family to stay and still have enough room. Everything I felt was pretty modern and simple. It is also close to everything imaginable which we enjoyed the most. They were also able to check us in 2 hours early and hold our bags which allowed us to grab some food.

The manager was super nice! He helped us order delivery, recommended places to eat, and navigate Korean websites. I hurt my foot sometimes during my trip, and he gave me icy-hot patches and offered me a cane LOL Our room was a little tight, but had a TV, stove, washer, and fridge and lots of cabinet space for coats. Good sized bathroom.

The room (queen) was excellent, the bed was super comfy, the toilet is heated (it was quite cold in Easter) and the design is very well thought out for convenience like most things in Korea which is better than most hotels I have stayed in. As it is a service apartment I had a small kitchen and lots of storage space which was overkill for my 5-day trip. I would stay again.

Service apartments were spacious and had more space than expected. The location felt comfortable and not crowded at all. Staff were attentive and quick to follow up requests of extra pillows, airport taxi booking and helping us with our travels. Hotel was always manned with 1 front desk staff and 1 security/door man. Definitely worth the price paid for.

Staff is exceptionally warm and kind, the place itself has really nice, positive vibe and home-like feeling. There is laundary service but you can also use free laundry on a rooftop. Rooms are bit small but comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this place with all my heart!
