Good value for money and a good location! Nice and close to all the main tourist sites and lots of options for food. The homestay is located down an "alley" which I actually really liked, feels like you're really part of the community as lots of families live there so on the walk down the "alley" there are small children waving and saying hello. Very sweet. A fairly light touch from the owner as this homestay is just guest rooms and doesn't provide food like some others but he responds really quickly if you need any help :)

The environment is also very clean. The staff is super responsive and very helpful. Be noted that the street is quite narrow for cars to get in so you will need to walk 100 meters to get to the homestay. For motorbikes it is more than enough. In addition, please check with the owner for the bathroom, it is different for each room. The room we stayed in has clear tempered glass with curtains (and it will not cover every glass) so it might not suitable for friends or family members.
